Every time I click on calendar, a page come up that starts with
"Calendar Settings" and I have to click on "back to calendar" to see
my calendar. I have tried everything and can't figure out how to
disable this page so that my calendar comes up without the additional
need to click on back to calendar. How do I permanently get rid of
this annoying page?
