authorization error

Please pardon me if this topic has been written up somewhere, but I
did search and was unable to find it.

I am getting the following error: Gmail Icon Notifier was not able to
connect to your Gmail Account. Please check your username and password
and try again.

Status description: unauthorized

I've got Nod32 running, no firewall at all, not even windows.
And the regular gmail notifier from the google site works fine.
