The very first version of Glyph has been released.

For more information, see the following page:

http://www.h3rald.com/articles/introducing-glyph

Please note that this should be considered an *alpha* release: there
are probably bugs and things may change in the future.

For more information on the currently-planned features and any bug,
see:

http://github.com/h3rald/glyph/issues

Also, if you'd like to contribute in any way, even with just some
feedback, feel free to post in this user group.

Glyph looks great, perfect for my needs. Installing the gem now, can't
wait to start playing around with it.

I'm glad you like it.

This is a preview release, but I managed to create a PDF with it, so
at least something should work :P

If you get stuck, or you'd like an example of a "real-world" project,
have a look at the Glyph project I created for the Glyph book:

Also, I'm really looking forward for inputs on what direction I should
go with this. Some features are already planned, but I'd like some
feedback from others before proceeding any further.

Sure, really liking it so far.

I've generated a few test docs and they look really nice. I'm going to
try some bigger, more complex documents at work tomorrow.

I do a lot of RoR work and I find using Glyph so easy because of the
similarities in project structure etc.

Once i've used Glyph for a little longer i'll send some inputs :)
