Announcement: v0.4.1 Released

This release adds bug fixes and performance optimizations, as well as the following new features:

1. Support for the protease name "alpha-lytic protease"

2. The option to permute decoy glycopeptide glycan fragment masses. This makes scoring of decoys more random, particularly when peptide+Y ions dominate the spectrum
