Glycersoft

Dear Sir /Madam;

 

We would like to use the latest version of Glycersoft to determine saccaride compositions of our Heparin. We downloaded and installed the programme. We tried to add our sample to workspace using our mzml file. It has been running for 5 days and nothing has happened yet. In the articles that we rewieved, we saw that mostly Glycersoft 1.0 was used. I would like to know if the latest version of Glycersof works properly and minimun system requirements of the programme with  your valuable recommedations. I will aprreciate it if you could help us on this subject.
