Inquiry about Glycresoft

Hi,

I'm a student at the University of Wisconsin. I'm doing selective modifications on the NeuAc (2,3 and 2,6) of N-glycan and was to try the database searching on Glycresoft.  Could you let me know how to add mass of modification to NeuAc (or create a new glycan type), like methylamidation , + 17Da.
