GLIC resource webpage: new update strategy II

Dear colleagues,

Thank you for your input into the proposed update strategy for the GLIC resources webpages. We have incorporated your suggestions and created a GitHub repository (https://github.com/ReneRanzinger/GLIC-Tools-update) with the documentation for the proposed strategy. You can find the description of the update process (https://github.com/ReneRanzinger/GLIC-Tools-update/wiki/Update-strategy) and the file format for the files with the resource information (https://github.com/ReneRanzinger/GLIC-Tools-update/wiki/Tool-information-format), as well as some example files (https://github.com/ReneRanzinger/GLIC-Tools-update/tree/master/JSON/example).

Please have a look and let us know if you have additional suggestions or concerns. We also plan to have an audio meeting in the beginning of June. Please go to this doodle (https://doodle.com/poll/9s3se68kr9hdfy8e) and let us know when you will be available. Even if you cannot make it to the meeting please make sure to share your feedback beforehand. During the meeting we will finalize the proposed strategy and discuss an implementation plan.
