I'm attempting to build my first installer for my test application but
am getting some errors. I'm running a secondary copy of Rev and launch
and configure the application packager. I copied the To Do AppleScript
file from the lesson and made changes to it. When I try to Build
Installer I get this:

The document "MyApp.fsproj" could not be opened.

then:

Error occurred: execution error

In the Message box is then this:

set theFile to "/Software Projects/Test Application/Distribution/
Builds/1.0.0/1.0.0d1/Development"

My root folder is "Test Application" and I have pre-configured this
structure:

Test Application/Distribution/Builds/1.0.0
Test Application/Distribution/Installers/FileStorm AppleScript.txt

The process does get as far as creating:
/Test Application/Distribution/Builds/1.0.0/1.0.0d1/Development/MacOS/
MyApp.app
/Test Application/Distribution/Builds/1.0.0/1.0.0d1/Development/Win32/
MyApp.exe

(I deselected the option to Create Backup since I'm just testing)

I know pretty much nothing about AppleScript, so my problem is
probably how I have the script configured. Could someone explain to me
the AppleScript to me and how it should be structured?

Thanks for any help,
Marty

Marty,

Do you have a FileStorm project named MyApp.fsproj in the "Test
Application/Distribution/Installers/" folder?

OK I got it fixed. I had an unregistered copy of FileStorm so couldn't
save the project, so I bought that and I'm building fine now. Thanks
Trevor. A lot of this is new to me so I'm stumbling through it!

Hey guys sorry for bothering you but since MindVision has cancelled their support help I didn't know who to turn to.
I have created a script to rename a folder on the startup disk and I cannot get that script to execute from with my installer. I am using FileStorm.
Any ideas?
