I built a standalone using glxApplicationPackager on Mac OS X 10.8.5 and have tried it on Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite but the Preferences do not seem to be working.

However if I launch the application on Mac OS X 10.10 using the standalone  that is in the project folder that is created by the glxApplicationsProperty plugin the preferences work properly

Here are some manifestations of this

Preferences menu item in the file menu disabled
-->running the standalone in Mac OS X 10.8.5 it is enabled
-->running the standalone in Mac OS X 10.10 it is disabled

Preferences are not saved.
When I resize the stack the stack height and width are stored as preferences.  When the stack reopens it checks the height and width preferences and sets the stack height and width accordingly.
--> Running the standalone  in Mac OS X 10.8.5 it works correctly
-->running the standalone in Mac OS X 10.10 prefs are  not stored.

Preferences are not loaded/or are not used.
I opened the standalone  created by glxApplicationProperty plugin that is in the project folder and I resized the stack setting the prefs.
I then quit that and opened the standalone created by glxApplicationPackager
--> it does not load or does not use the preferences that were saved.
(I can tell the preferences were saved if I again open the standalone created by glxApplicationPropertyPlugin.  It uses the saved prefs.)

Any Ideas why this is happening?

Do you think I should report this as a LiveCode bug, or is it an issue with a change in how that Yosemite deals with preferences that it causing a problem with GLX Application Framework?

Thanks.
