hello, it's me - 

i was looking at the blog the other day and was shocked to realize that i haven't posted a puzzle in 2025, so here one is! i had made the grid in the summer of 2024, started to clue it, and then lost steam until now. it's kind of a mess, but i'm learning that there can be exquisite beauty and delight in something that is kind of a mess, so i hope this is something like that for you. 

if you're a cryptic enjoyer, i also have an 11x11 over at cryptic crossweird today, expertly wrangled by the editing superteam of dob, momes, and bob. all of their stuff is great (and they have free sample puzzles here and here) - highly recommend! 

if you'd like, let me know if you've had any very favorite songs/books/movies/recipes/etc in 2025! (i will probably take eons to respond, as i'm extremely wont to do with emails, but will receive it with much interest nonetheless)
