hi and happy spring! (i was unacquainted with the concept of spring starting on march 1 until a couple years ago, even though my brother, vince - or dr. agard, to palindrome lovers - is a weather and climate scientist)

i hope you enjoy something from that list! (side note, silly as this may sound, it occurred to me recently how the word "enjoy" is "en-" plus "joy." i feel like most transitive "en-X" verbs i can think of are ones where you impart the X to the object, like to encourage is to give courage, to endear is to make dear, to be enthused is to be possessed by a god. so if i enjoy something, maybe the source of joy is not the thing, but me, imbuing the thing with joy? ben zimmer what say you)
