Well, our Midwestern stores are slow to pick up the new products, but
I see via Rachel Mastez's blog that So Delicious has a coconut kefir
drink available in stores! How EASY!!!

I am so happy to see this company providing yogurts, milks, and no
kefir drinks to those of us who just cannot do the dairy! Now if we
could only get them stocked locally, I would be over the moon.
Check out Rachel's post. She shares some great photos and recipes on
how to turn that coconut kefir into homemade frozen yogurt. I have
followed her coconut ice cream recipes and they are just wonderful!
Even with the cost of quality coconut milk, making my own at home is
still a price savings to the store bought coconut milk ice creams (and
not to mention...so yummy!)
