I added a great recipe for a 2 dish meal (one dish for the noodles,
other for everything else) here
http://www.lauraschmittne.com/
I apologize the picture was taken after we had devoured all the
veggies! LOL
But you get the idea. If you like some spice, this is a good one and
it's a good time of year with the fresh herbs available.

Hi Laura,
I just visited your website and only got a chance to browse it but did print everything out to read later. I have a question or 2 for you. My son still complains of stomach aches after eating. I noticed on your site you talk about pots and pans, utensils, George Forman grills and toasters. I still use my George Forman grill but I clean it and the same with my pots and pans(Teflon) and utensils (some wooden). Am I harming him without realizing it and also I have a toaster oven instead of a toaster for him. But after I use it for myself I just wipe it down and use it for him. Is that not enough? My family isn't gluten free only my son is. Thanks

Barbara

Just a note we are sooo careful with my daughters diet and still she had 5 months of stomache aches. We brought a kinisiologist (muscle tester) into our home and it turned out to be our dishwasher powder! All eco brands of dishpowder test bad on her (she is gluten, soy, dairy) and we are now using baking soda, rice vinegar, and a small squirt of ecover dishwashing liquid.

Also they do say all it takes is a crumb to contaminate….i would recommend a separate toaster….

I kept having problems until I realized that my husband left bread crumbs in the margarine container. It was separate toasters and separate margarine from then on. I improved considerably afterwards.
