Meringue cookies are my favorite cookies of all time. There light and
crip texture is so appealing to me, i can eat an entire batch in one
sitting! This recipe is probably the best version I've ever had, ever.
Not overly sweet, but insanely delicious. I can honestly say I feel
better eating these cookies instead of regular cookies because there
much better for you. No butter, no oil, no flour, and no egg yolks.
Simple recipes always have the best results, this ones for yall!
(recipe below)

Ingredients:
2 Egg Whites
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate (chopped or chips)
1/2 Teaspoon Cream Tartar
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Cooking Directions:
1. Heat oven 300 degrees.
2. In a metal or copper bowl, beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and
salt till soft peaks.
3. Add vanilla and tablespoon of sugar at a time while beating until
firm peaks.
4. Fold in chocolate.
5. Line a baking sheet with wax paper (non stick).
6. Spoon meringue batter on the baking sheet and inch apart.
7. Bake 35 - 40 minutes. Shut oven off and leave overnight (approx 8
hours). Do not open oven door. This step is basically going to dry out
the cookies. If you omit this step, the chookies will be chewy.
Sprinkle cocoa powder for garnish.
