Easy Chocolate Caramel Candy Recipe

This recipe is one my grandmother taught me as a child. I'd help her
at first, but today she helps me :) I love this recipe because it's
very easy and of course it's gluten free. You will need an oil/candy
thermometer to check the temp of the caramel, so make sure you
purchase one before doing this recipe. Don't forget to get the kids
involved for this!

Chocolate Caramels Recipe Intructions

Ingredients:
8 Ounces Sugar
8 Ounces Honey
8 Ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate
8 Ounces Butter (sweet)
Cooking Directions:

1. In a pan add all ingredients
2. Cook 30 minutes until it reaches soft ball stage or 238 degrees
3. Pour into a bake sheet and let cool.
4. Mark out and cut squares.
