Wet Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons Sweet Butter (melt)
1 Teaspoon White Vinegar
1 1/2 Cups Water (warm)
3 Whole Eggs

Dry Ingredients:
2 Cups White Rice Flour
1 Cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All-Purpose Baking Flour
2 Tablespoons Yeast
2 Teaspoons Salt
2 Tablespoons Sugar
3 Teaspoons Xanthan Gum

Cooking Directions:

1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

2. In a bread machine programed to "dough" mode, add the eggs and let
machine beat them well.

3. Now add wet ingredients to the machine.

4. Next add the dry ingredients to the wet (make sure machine is off
before adding).

5. Turn on machine to same setting as before and let the machine mix
the dough 5 minutes. Make sure you scrape the sides to evenly
distribute the ingredients.

6. Once the bread dough is mixed well, transfer it to a greased bread
pan.

7. Brush the dough with melted butter and set in a warm area, covered
with towel for 40 minutes. This will allow the dough to rise.

8. Bake at 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until browned nicely on
top.

9. Remove from oven and unmold on a cooling rack right away.

10. Let cool and enjoy!
