Ingredients:

8 Cups Watermelon (cut into bite sized pieces)
1/4 Lime Juice
1/2 Cup Mint (cut julienne)
Kosher Salt

Cooking Directions:

1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve chilled on a hot summer
day!
