Here is the syntax for the debug preprocessor command:
#if (DEBUG)
     Console.WriteLine("Debug Mode!");
#else
     Console.WriteLine("Release Mode!");
#endif

Hi,
 
I had hard time installing windows service on my vista machine. After doing some googling I figured out that the command prompt should be opened with 'Run as administrator" privileges. I was trying to install the service from VS command prompt using installutil.
