ConnecTech Detroit Hosts Launch Event at MGM Grand Detroit
New Automation Alley group recognizes, unites leading area technology
professionals
ConnecTech, a new Automation Alley-powered technology organization
geared toward progressive technology professionals, will host a
launch
event at MGM Grand Detroit on Dec. 12, 2007. The event, held from
5:30
p.m. - 9:00 p.m., will bring together Detroit technology leaders,
business proprietors, managers, consultants, engineers and university
academics, to highlight the innovation occurring in Southeast
Michigan.
"ConnecTech's goal is to highlight fascinating technology leaders,
companies and new and next generation technologies," said Cary
Schmidt, ConnecTech Greater Detroit president. "The organization
caters to business professionals that have a vested interest in
knowing what is happening in technology, in and outside of the work
environment."
Forward-thinking leaders from companies including ePrize, Inc.,
Intelligent Connections and Awecomm Technologies, are endorsing
ConnecTech as a means to feature and connect thought-leading
businesses and managers leveraging technology.
At the event, in addition to networking and the presentation of an
honorary award to an area technology leader, guests will have the
