announcement: New Glugnet Study Group

I am excited to announce the start of new study groups in Lansing for
the Microsoft .Net Certification exams (for Technology Specialist).

The study group is open to everyone, and a great way to motivate
yourself and pace yourself to study for these exams. We already
successfully completed two study groups before. Members will self-
study one chapter per week and meet together once a week (typically,
Tuesdays 6pm) to discuss the chapter as a group. The meeting location
of GoneWired has worked out well in the past, however members are free
to decide on the location and times that work best for everyone.

The proposed certification groups are for MCTS Certification. The two
separate study groups will be for ".Net Framework App Dev Foundation
Exam 70-536" http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exams/70-536.aspx,
and "Windows Forms Exam 70-505" http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exams/70-505.aspx

Our initial planning meeting is at Gone Wired Cafe, 2021 E michigan
Lansing, MI 48912 on Tuesday, April 28th 6 pm. After that we will meet
on weekly basis, starting May 12th, which will give people enough time
to get the books and study materials. After we complete the books, we
continue to meet for 3-4 more weeks to review exam questions and the
study material as a whole. Hopefully by then you will be ready to take
the exam.
