A couple of weeks ago at our first meeting of the GLUG.net-
Certification Study Group , I agreed to send out information regarding
the Enterprise Library.

Enterprise Library includes: Caching Application Block, Cryptography
Application Block, Data Access Application Block, Exception Handling
Application Block, Logging Application Block, Policy Injection
Application Block, Security Application Block and Validation
Application Block.

The patterns & practices Enterprise Library is a library of
application blocks designed to assist developers with common
enterprise development challenges. Application blocks are a type of
guidance, provided as source code that can be used "as is," extended,
or modified by developers to use on enterprise development projects.

I have used these Libraries and I suggest you start with the Data
Access Application.
