At a previous meeting I had mentioned a guy who compiled the exam objectives and made detailed notes from the book and MSDN. I found the link: (there is a file by the name 70_536_Notes.doc that you need to download). He also talks of his experience with the exam.
He also compiled the objectives with links to MSDN for study/review: (in two parts)
