change of BMS_OSNAME delayed

People,

At the last software meeting we decided to do the BMS_OSNAME switch tomorrow morning (Mon.). I discovered that the Oasis partition is full right now and therefore will not accept the new files we will need there to support off-site processing. So the change is delayed until we finesse this issue.
