MCWrapper Error: /gluex_install/gxrun/gxrun : Command not found.

Hi, 
When trying to run MCWrapper at JLab, the program crashes.

The crash happens when using the CentOS7 container. If the container lines are left commented out, the program runs.

I opened a GitHub issue with this crash. In it, I suggest some quick fixes. The suggested fixes might not fix all possible errors, but they allow RECON_OS and ANA_OS to be CentOS7 if using an recon/analysis xml version that was not compiled for Alma9
