mod_poco.dll not compatible with Poco 1.4.0

mod_poco.dll, which is the Apache Connector of the POCO framework, was
not compatible with the new POCO version. I have reported this on the
Sourceforge tracker of POCO:
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3148273&group_id=132964&atid=725709.
This means that GLUEscript 0.1.06 doesn't work with Apache.
This is already solved in Git, but due to a bereavement in my family a
new release is postponed for some time. I hope to start packaging a
new version within 2 weeks.
