"Loading properties" and "Running script"

i run glue.exe and there is always print "Loading properties ..." and
"Running script .." , in command lines, as far as i know, it's unusual
to print these, except we give an option / switch .. i think it's
better to not print unnecessary information, unless we mention it in
command line option ..

in 0.1.07 the default log level is changed to warning.
