Obtaining fit parameters

I have a second question I'm hoping you can help me with.

I like the powerful fit function for profiles.  

But I can't work out how to save the output, aside from copy-and-paste the output in the gui.  Is there a way to save in a file all the parameters associated with the fits, including meta-data such as the details for the regions of my data set I have selected for these fits.  I presume there must be a python variable where this information is stored??
