change tickmarks to "in" via config.py

Hi there,

i´m in the middle of get to know glue but so far it helped me very much to understand and analyse my dataset. 

right now i cannot find an answer to this question: 

i want to set all graphs, or viewers, to square and the tickamarks to "in" via a config.py file. i have no clue (no pun intendet :D) how to do it. 

can someone help me with this?
