Plotting Data in a square

Hi all,

my question might sound stupid, but i'm absolutely not into coding.

I was wondering if there is a simple way to change the default appearence of the data you drag into the plotting window from a rectangle into a square.

I'm mostly plotting 1D Histograms and want them to export as a squared picture with minimal effort as possible since I will plot many different Histograms and dont want to change the shape manually every time.
