glue and MacOS X Big Sur

Hi everyone,

A couple of months ago, Apple released MacOS X Big Sur, which has caused a few Python packages that glue relies on to break (in particular VisPy and PyOpenGL).

If you use Big Sur and run into any issues with glue, the ideal fix is to wait for this to be fixed in Python, but if you need to get glue working again in the short term, I have put together some instructions on setting up a conda environment with patched versions of VisPy and PyOpenGL:
