RSS adress for my check-ins

Hey people, I would like to know if there is a RSS address where I can read my check-ins so I can make a costum recent check in widget, or if there is a way of costumizing the recent check in widget that GetGlue provides in http://www.getglue.com/settings/widgets , I would like one with bigger width.
