forward stepwise regression

I would like to perform a forward stepwise regression analysis for SNP data obtained from fine-mapping. 

Does GLU have this facility?

Hi Mark,

GLU can't do forward variable selection automatically. It would not be difficult to add, but it may be easier to use another toolkit that already has this feature.
