I’ve posted Linux 64-bit binaries for a pre-release of GLU 1.0 beta 2 and updated genedb files, both available from the GLU project page:

The binary (pre)release is a very important update if you’re still using the ancient GLU 1.0b1 release, but isn’t going to add much if you’re tracking my source updates.   This is not a final release because there are many loose ends, bits of missing documentation, and a few remaining issues that are to be resolved.  However, a complete release will follow shortly with Windows binaries.  Mac OS X binaries may require the help of a third-party, since institutional security rules have eaten my MacBook Pro.

The next-gen sequencing functionality currently requires a custom version of the pysam module that you can get from the binary or from me directly.  I’m submitting my improvements to the mainline pysam project, but it may take some time.

Best regards,

-Kevin
