Using glu to convert illumina bpm files

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to use the illumina.py code present
in glu to convert a binary beadpool manifest (.bpm) file to csv/txt.

since I'm not familiar with python it's hard for me to extract the
needed code.

Absolutely-- the modules.convert.dump_bpm does exactly that.
