32 bits binaries

Would it be possible to post 32 bit binaries for linux? Also, is there
more information in regard to the transform function from hapmap files
to plink (map/ped) ones.

Hi Adan,

I don't even have access to a 32 bit Linux system anymore and haven't for years.  I'll see if I can find one, though.

To transform a HapMap file to PLINK is easy enough.  You don't even need to decompress it (though it works fine either way).  All that is needed is to run:

  glu transform -f hapmap hapmap_CEU_14_r28_fwd_nr_b36.lbat -o hapmap_CEU_chr14.bed
