Hi Jane,

There is a bug in how monomorphic loci from PLINK are handled.  I'll try to fix this in the next few days.

Hi,

I am trying to convert bed file to sdat file by using glu transform as following command.

glu transform -F sdat -o output_snp.sdat  input_snp.bed

But I got an error message as ‘Error: Invalid BIM locus model: (None/A)’.

I was trying to added bim file as below, but got the same error message.

glu transform -F sdat -o output_snp.sdat  input_snp.bed:bim=input_snp.bim

Appreciate any help!

Thanks!

Jane
