We are looking at hiring young MBA’s (both MBA and PGDM) who will partner us in our expansion in Ahmedabad. The candidates can be from your batch of 2014 (those who have not yet been placed). The desired candidate should be passionate about making a career in the Education industry. He should have a good business sense and also a knack for teaching. Here are the details of the position that we desire to recruit for:

 

Job Title:                                              Centre Manager

Location:                                              Ahmedabad (Satellite centre)

Job Responsibilities:                        Visiting colleges and exploring opportunities for Campus Recruitment Training and other CPLC products

                                                                Managing day-to-day activities at the centre

                                                                Taking CAT/CMAT/CET lectures at the centre (either Verbal or Quant)

                                                                Solving doubts of students at the centre

                                                                Mentoring students at the centre and guiding them to do well

Growth Opportunities:                     Area Manager in 2 years and City Head in another 2 years (if the candidate shows inclination towards Business)

Teaching CAT in 2 years and Product Head in another 2 years (if the candidate shows inclination towards Teaching and Academics)

 

Who should apply?                            Candidates who are passionate about making a career in Education sector.

                                                                Candidates who are willing to learn and teach (Quantitative Aptitude and  Reasoning).

                                                                Candidates with good communication and presentation skills.
