Delphi 7 packages

Hello there,

I noticed that there are D2009 packages which isolates design from
runtime units. My projects heavily use runtime packages (custom ones)
and it would be great if GLScene was split into that.

So, are there any plans for doing the same to D7? That is, if D7 is
still supported? I tried to compile the most recent tarball (copying
and opening the D2009 packages) and it complained about syntax errors,
which occur because of language features not available in D7.
