Just that: How can I rename or delete a new folder I have created?

You can delete a folder, so long as it’s empty, by clicking the “delete this folder” link.

I don’t see a mechanism to rename a folder, but you can delete an empty folder and create a new one with a different name.

Note too that you can copy a file to a different folder, or even rename a file to be moved to a different folder.

But that process has to be done to each file individually, which is incredibly tedious.
