Chrome: bad news

The following very simple program and other simple programs that contain errors should and do display an error in Edge, Firefox, and Safari:

Web VPython 3.2
a = 3m
print(a)

Alas, at the moment it gives a blank screen when using Chrome on Windows. If the console is turned on (ctrl-shift-j), you get this message:

run.js:76 Failed to execute 'postMessage' on 'DOMWindow': The target origin provided ('https://sandbox.glowscript.org') does not match the recipient window's origin ('https://www.glowscript.org').

Evidently there has been some major change in Chrome on Windows. I have no idea whether this is a new bug in Chrome or new rules that we somehow have to follow.

FWIW, it generates a syntax error in Chrome on macOS.

Yes, I get a syntax error on MacOS, Chrome Version 108.0.5359.124 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Bruce, what version do you have on Windows?

I get a normal error message in both Chrome and Firefox:

Error: Invalid syntax: 3m at line 2: a = 3m

Steve, I have  Version 108.0.5359.125 (Official Build) (64-bit) on my Windows 10 machine.

Harlan, what do you have? At the 3 dots in the upper right corner, click Help -> About Google Chrome.

I'll add that Chrome on my Mac is  108.0.5359.124 (Official Build) (x86_64), which gives a blank screen. The console shows the same stuff that I see on Windows.

Huh. Chrome now fails intermittently on my Windows machine. It works properly on about half the tries.
