When Glowscript is used on the Kindle Fire, 3D objects are not rendered.  (I've tested sphere, cylinder, points; none of these objects appears.)
it is possible to change the background color and generate a curve, however.

The browser is Amazon Silk, based on Chromium and thus close to Chrome)

I imagine this is a low-priority situation, as these devices are not often used for programming...it's what my school provides to one group, however, and any help would be much appreciated.

Regards,
Harlan

Obviously it's highly unlikely that there is any way to make Web VPython work correctly on a Kindle Fire.

It would be interesting to see what one gets at https://get.webgl.org/webgl2/

I will point out that it is possible to write and run programs on phones, though editing is awkward.

Thanks for the suggestion to try whether webgl functions.   I see the rotating cube, so that component isn't the problem.

It's strange that 2D objects render properly, while 3D objects do not appear at all.

Ah, well...I'm working on an alternative approach here.
