Updating Infrastructure and new version

Dear all,
Nowadays I using Glowroot v0.13.5 on a docker container to manage JBoss applications and I'd like to have and advice if I install the newer version( v0.13.6) using docker container again or using Kubernetes, what's the better experience on these kind of environments,
