Which column show me an BAD SQL query time

Total Time or Avg Time ?

The query time would be good or bad based on your threshold time defined. The column to start with would be - Avg Time.

But there could be cases when once the query ran very slow and then its always tuned, so you would have to change intervals / parameters to know the exact bad query time.
