Glowroot central docker

Hi all

Happy to see an initial Glowroot Central Docker image on Docker Hub.

From what I could see, we still need a Cassandra server to have a functionnal setup.
Do you plan to use official cassandra docker image (https://hub.docker.com/_/cassandra/) and bring Central+Cassandra together via Docker Compose ?

Thanks for posting!

I'm not well versed in containers, and appreciate the feedback.

I just updated the Wiki with steps (how I imagined) to run the docker image https://github.com/glowroot/glowroot/wiki/Central-Collector-Installation.

I'll have a look at Docker Compose, I hadn't seen that before.
