Not able to see any data for one of the microservice on glowroot UI

Hello,

I am using glowroot for our microservices. for one of the microservice i am facing issue that on UI, not able to see any data though i can see microservice name in dropdown but when i am clicking on it no data is getting displayed whereas for other services i can see it. 

i checked the cassandra logs (System and debug logs under C:\apache-cassandra-3.11.6\logs) and glowroot logs (glowroot-central.log) but not seeing any error message.

can you please help where i can check what is the exact issue? any logs i am missing to check?
