how to create a dictionary using 1.9.3 under Joomla 1.5.15

The component is installed, seems to work properly, ( added some terms
for example) but I can't find how and where I can create a new
dictionary. Any help is highly appreciated!

Glossword 1.9 uses all-in-one dictionary model. To group terms by
topics, Glossword will use Tags, as the latest taxonomic trend. Tags
will be implemented (if everything will be ok) in the nearest version
1.9.4.

Tags and Fields (the implementation of which is scheduled for later
versions) replace co-called "Dictionaries" model.
Tags allow to organize Terms in many ways, create hundreds or even
thousands of personalized "Dictionaries".
It is always possible to name Tag like "My First Dictionary", "My
Second Dictionary" if you need "to create a new dictionary".

Hi Dmitry,
So, would users of version 1.8.11 with multiple dictionaries be able
to "convert" them to the new system when importing into 1.9?
