Hi Dmitry

I'm noticing a strange behavior on the "latest updated terms" list on
the front page. This is only happening on the Joomla Installation, and
not on the free-standing one. You see, the list only shows the latest
terms of any given dictionary, but only on that one. Normally it would
show the latest updated terms like (taken from the glossword demo):

1 titi Dicionário PortuguÊs
2 College Style Guide
3 glossary Style Guide
4 test Style Guide
5 A online dictionary

But what's happening is that now it only shows the last terms of the
dicionary where the last updated term belongs, in other words, the
list above would be instead something like:

1 titi Dicionário PortuguÊs
2 baba Dicionário PortuguÊs
3 asdf Dicionário PortuguÊs
4 jajaja Dicionário PortuguÊs
5 other Dicionário PortuguÊs

but if you update a term in another one, say in the "online
dictionary", it would turn into:

1 A online dictionary
2 Absorb online dictionary
3 Absorptive online dictionary
4 Accede to online dictionary
5 Accession online dictionary

Any idea why? and how to fix it?

The list depends on the modification date of dictionary. As "online
dictionary" has been edited last time, Glossword shows terms from this
dictionary. 5 is too small number to display recent changes. If it
would be 100 items, you'll see the list as expected. In given example,
the difference in modification dates between term from "online
dictionary" and another term is too small to fit it into the list of 5
items.

Hi Dmitry

I only used 5 terms for the example so I didn't have to write a very
long email. I don't think you understand the issue. The same
dictionaries, installed in two differente installs (one embedded in
joomla, and the other free-standing) are behaving differently.

you indicate that

> ...As "online
> dictionary" has been edited last time, Glossword shows terms from this
> dictionary.

But this is not how it's working in the demo, where the latest terms
are from different dictionaries. I don't think that it's a matter of
the number of terms displayed, as the demo demonstrates. (I'm talking
about he list on the Front Page, not on the statistics page)

It used to work when I had 1.7. It stopped working when I upgraded.

Thanks for looking into this!
