Regretfully, Glogg is no longer maintained. A well maintained, forward moving fork is Klogg: https://klogg.filimonov.dev/

Anton does a great job with it. I use the very stable development releases https://github.com/variar/klogg/releases (upgrade to nearly every portable when released).

The site issue is upsetting me. It is still down. There are a lot of links to glogg website, and this is the main place do download installer for windwos/mac. Glogg is a great and popular tool, so it should be available. I'll try to reach out to Nicolas to check if something can be done about it. If this is a hosting issue, the site can be moved to Github Pages, klogg.filimonov.dev is hosted that way without any issues.
