Feature Request:: Read glogg.ini from EXE Path if present for Portable Mode

If glogg.ini is present in the same path as the EXE - then it would be nice for glogg to use this for a "Portable Mode".

If glogg.ini is not present in the application folder - then it can continue to use the INI from %APPDATA% as current.

+1, and also, if in portable mode, can the regkey not be created? HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Glogg\Glogg (I'm not even sure of the point of the regkey, I've never seen anything in it).

Is the key still created or is it cruft from an old install?

glogg used to use the registry but now only uses a .ini file (since
0.9.0), the regkey shouldn't be created anymore.

Please enter portable mode as an 'Issue' on
https://github.com/nickbnf/glogg/ , that seems like a good idea.
