glogg v1.1.4 released.

A new version of glogg is available.

This is a hotfix for one serious bug.

Main changes from v1.1.3:
- Fix a race condition whereby a changing file can crash glogg in
certain conditions (observed on Windows).

Hi, I Have just downloaded glogg 1-1-4.

Due to my paranoid attitude I kindly ask if the sha256 hashes of the releases could be sent to the list beside (or instead) the md5 hashes.
